What do I do in an Emergency when the Student Health Center is closed?
Any life threatening emergencies can be handled through 9-911 access. You may also call the campus operator by dialing (937) 327-6363. The campus security officers will assist resident students in emergency situations when the Student Health Center is closed. Students living in the residence halls may also contact their Resident Advisor (RA) or Area Coordinator (AC).
The closest Emergency room is Springfield Regional Medical Center. It is located off West North Street at 100 Medical Center Drive (937) 523-1000.
After Hours and Weekend Information
The Health and Counseling Center is closed from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. weekdays and from 5 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Monday. Emergency Care and Urgent Care Centers may be accessed for care during those times the Health Center is closed.
