Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends will join in celebrating the Inauguration of Wittenberg's 16th president, Dr. Christian M.M. Brady, at 3 p.m., Friday, Oct. 17, in historic Weaver Chapel. Dr. Brady’s presidency marks an exciting new chapter at Wittenberg — one rooted in the liberal arts tradition yet aimed toward a bold, meaningful future on the Wittenberg Way. Several events are being planned throughout the week, Oct. 15-19.

Opening Convocation 2025

Wittenberg’s annual Opening Convocation, the traditional beginning of the new academic year and the first event of the 2025-26 Wittenberg Series, will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, in historic Weaver Chapel with President Christian M. M. Brady providing the keynote address titled “Hope.”
