Located on the south end of campus, Ferncliff Hall is a co-ed facility housing 151 students on four floors. The residence features common spaces updates completed over the last three years, including renovated bathrooms, new common space paint and flooring, and new furniture throughout. Residents enjoy the small community feel within a larger building and the proximity to the Witten'Burbs and Koch, Zimmerman, and Science Center. (Freight Elevator)

Centrally located behind Tower Hall and equi-distant between the Health, Wellness and Athletics Complex and the Benham-Pence Student Center, Firestine Hall is an air-conditioned co-ed residence hall that houses 220 students on three floors. There is a computer lounge on the second floor and study lounges on the second and third floors. A formal lounge and recreational area equipped with a ping-pong table is located on the first floor. Located at the highest point on campus, Myers Hall stands as the face of Wittenberg. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Myers Hall holds a special place at Wittenberg as it was the first building constructed on campus. In fact, at its inception, all the classes at Wittenberg were held in Myers Hall. Students and faculty helped build the original east wing of the building which opened in 1846. Work began on the additional wings in 1850 and were completed by December 1851. An extensive renovation took place in 1916. **Myers Hall is currently offline**

Located next to the Benham-Pence Student Center and Alumni Way, New Hall is, as its name would suggest, the most recently constructed residence hall on campus. The three-story hall is centrally located, in close proximity to Thomas Library, in addition to the student center. New Hall is co-ed and houses the Ubuntu Themed Living Community. Students enjoy the flexibility of various meeting spaces and room sizes, the connectedness of the community, and convenience in an air-conditioned space. (A/C, elevator)

Centrally located across the street from Chakeres Theatre and Tower Hall and in close proximity to Thomas Library, Benham-Pence Student Center, and the Health, Wellness & Athletics Complex, Polis House is our smallest residence hall housing 30 students across three floors. This close, quiet community is in the heart of campus and features air-conditioned spaces. Polis House is home to the Tiger Pride Themed Living Community which features gender inclusive rooms and bathrooms. (A/C)

Located next to Firestine Hall and Chakeres Theatre, Tower Hall is the tallest building campus and provides quick access to the Health, Wellness & Athletics Complex and many of Wittenberg's academic and community buildings. The 10 residential floors are home to 230 residents in air-conditioned rooms and offer amazing views of campus. Residents enjoy the privacy and sense of community within each of the small floors, ample parking, as well as the updated community spaces and convenient location. Tower Hall will be home to second year students for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. (A/C, elevators)

Located across from the Benham-Pence Student Center on Alumni Way, Woodlawn Hall is in a prime central location. The building was actually the original home of Wittenberg's Beta Theta Pi fraternity until it was bought by the university in 1939. Renovated in 2001, Woodlawn Hall offers a computer lounge on the third floor, a microwave and other amenities on the first floor, and laundry services on every floor.
