The laundry machines located on campus do not belong to the university and cannot be serviced by our Facilities Management technicians. We encourage students to put in their own laundry service tickets with our vendors directly. We work with two different vendors depending on location. Below are directions on how to submit service requests for each.
A.L.L. Laundry Services
Location: Firestine Hall, Ferncliff Hall, New Hall, Polis Hall, Tower Hall, Woodlawn Hall, Keller Apartments, and Sprecher Apartments.
To submit a service request, please do one of the following.
- Call (888) 362-9299. Please be ready to share the building name, floor number, and machine number.
- Email Service@alllaundryservice.com. Please include the building name, floor number, and machine number.
If you have submitted requests using these instructions, and have not heard anything in 2-3 business days, please email housing@wittenberg.edu.
Bed Loft
Location: All Witten’Burbs except Keller Apartments and Sprecher Apartments
To submit a service request, please do one of the following.
- Visit their website and fill out the Contact Form
- Call/Text 937.935.5101 with your address and a description of the issue
If you live in the Witten’Burbs and are waiting for your service request to be addressed, you may email housing@wittenberg.edu to request temporary access to the laundry rooms in Sprecher or Keller.
