Professor, scholar, senior administrator, editor and distinguished alumnus Richard P. "Dick" Veler passes away. Called “the conscience of the university” by former Wittenberg President Baird Tipson, Richard P. “Dick” Veler passed away peacefully in his home on Aug. 4, 2016.
